Description

As the Human Resources Manager at Asa Property Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success by leading our HR department. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
