The villa has 4 bedrooms with free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area, and especially its living room overlooking an outdoor pool and sun terrace.
Strategically located beside Mrs Sippy restaurant and pool party to potentially hear the sound of music from 10 AM until 9 PM.
Only around 3-7 minutes walk to Petitenget Beach and close restaurants, cafe, bar, supermarket.
Beach Axis Villa villa offers private, secluded villa accommodation despite being a stone’s throw from the centre of the lively town of Seminyak. The private compound housing this four-bedroom Seminyak private villa is beautifully landscaped. Both the four bedrooms and living room are well-designed overlooking the swimming pool.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with a ceiling fan for extra cooling power, additional screen doors, and full en-suite facilities. The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Entertainment comes in the form of a flat-screen TV, DVD player and sound system, as well as free wi-fi throughout the villa.
The dining area is beautifully designed for eating meals prepared in the modern kitchen. Outdoor living is not forgotten, with doors leading out to the pool area, where you will find a step-in pool and terrace, complete with sun loungers, parasols, for a restful afternoon snooze.
Easily access Beach Axis Villa with 2 bedrooms upper stairs accessible by stairs and sun terrace is perfectly for relax while enjoying pool view and surrounding area.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms also and a living room overlooking the pool especially when having dinner and breakfast can enjoy it by the pool.

For parking just enough for one small car. There is Public parking around 5 minutes from the villa with extra charge.

Terms and Conditions
To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below:
- The villa has 4 bedrooms maximum accommodated 8 people and for extra person maximum accepted 2 people with additional charge on arrival and extra bed is not provided.
- Smoking is only at open air area,
- Not suitable for pets,
- Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
- Please turn off all air conditioning when not in residence,
- We expect any damages/breakages incurred by guests during their stay to be replaced or cost of replacement covered.
- All late check-out is should be on request the check the availability with extra charge.
- For last minute booking of the day, after 4 pm is not accepted.
- Once check in time, guest’s ID Card or passport will be required by our staff to copy or take a photo
Cancellation Policy
The reservation is refundable with applied terms and conditions:
- After Reservation the guest will be charge 50% Down Payment from the total amount.
- Refund request upon cancellation must be done at least 14 days prior to check in to file a free cancellation.
- Cancellation under 14 days prior to check in will be charged cancellation fee of 50% from total amount.
