Villa Cinta is a beautiful building. The villa contents Featuring 4 specious en-suite bedrooms with private pool but one bedroom designed to a lower ground floor with open spaced roof top, ideal for Couple, Family or groups. In addition, the villa is well-equipped with Air Conditioning and a washing machine for you to use. The kitchen is already equipped with all necessary kitchenware for your immediate need of cooking. This villa blend perfectly with its convenient location that is ideal for your family. The villa is located on the land size of 950㎡. The total building size of the villa is 244㎡. You would feel very relaxed and enjoyable to be at this gorgeous villa with the natural ambience inside it. It is going to be hard for you to leave the villa at your check-out time. You would always want to come back for more days to spend.
It is situated in Jl. Cinta, ubud, Indonesia and it is just around 8 minutes drive away to downtown Ubud center.
The View
The villa faces a stunning rice field view and and out door private pool if you are lucky when the harvest time you can see the local people are planting and harvest paddy in the rice field around the villa.
The Bedrooms
The villa comes with 4 bedrooms, each spacious bedroom features a comfortable, queen-size bed, air-conditioner.
It also has a connecting room with en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, sink, shower, toilet facilities and hot water.
And other two bedrooms has en-site bathroom with sink, shower, toilet facilities and hot water and the sliding doors open to the balcony overlooking the rice field.
The Living Area
The living room is a fully furnished with equipped kitchen and open plan living room which overlooks the swimming pool and rice field scenery.
The Facilities
The kitchen features a long, spacious granite counter top, lots of storage space, one sink, a gas stove with three burners, a refrigerator, a rice-cooker, an electric toaster oven and tea and coffee making facilities.
The Pool
The swimming pool is 7 x 3 metres, its very much appreciated on a hot, sunny day. It is completely private in the sense that you’re not sharing with anyone. There is a small pool deck with a little table and two chairs.
Wooden gazebo is in pool area for meditation or yoga practices at sunrise and sunset.
The Parking Lot
There is a big private parking space that can easily fit one cars and several motorbikes conveniently located at the entrance of the house.

Terms and Conditions
To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below:
- The villa has 4 bedrooms maximum accommodated 8 people and for extra person maximum accepted 2 people with additional charge on arrival and extra bed is not provided.
- Smoking is only at open air area,
- Not suitable for pets,
- Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
- Please turn off all air conditioning when not in residence,
- We expect any damages/breakages incurred by guests during their stay to be replaced or cost of replacement covered.
- All late check-out is should be on request the check the availability with extra charge.
- For last minute booking of the day, after 4 pm is not accepted.
- Once check in time, guest’s ID Card or passport will be required by our staff to copy or take a photo.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation is refundable with applied terms and conditions:
- After Reservation the guest will be charge 50% Down Payment from the total amount.
- Refund request upon cancellation must be done at least 14 days prior to check in to file a free cancellation.
- Cancellation under 14 days prior to check in will be charged cancellation fee of 50% from total amount.
