New opening Villa, fully equipped new furniture and conveniently located in the heart of Seminyak, offering new facilities with 2 specious en-suite bedroom, well equipped KITCHEN to cook, PRIVATE POOL and GARDEN.
Each room has AC and WIFI also.
Ideal if you are traveling with FAMILY or GROUPS and the villa is completely private and all facilities are only for our guest use.

The Villa is build in two storeys and provides plenty of indoor and outdoor space and a wonderful garden.
There are two spacious bedrooms. Both come with air conditioner, fans, working desk and chair, wardrobe and hangers.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a comfy twin beds and an en-suite private bathroom with hot shower.
Bedroom 2 is located at the second floor, filled with light an comes with a Twin-Size beds and an en-suite private bathroom with bath tube and hot shower.
The living room come with TV cable and DVD then Free WiFi is provided in all areas of the villa.
Well maintained garden brings up a relaxing ambiance with the perfect touch of sun ray, and the effect of natural harmony.

The kitchen is already equipped with all necessary kitchenware for your immediate need of cooking such as rice cooker, refrigerator, dispenser, stove, toaster, microwave, blender, electric kettle, etc, but we do not provide kitchen basic like salt, pepper and Oil.
Feel free to use all facilities – our private pool, kitchen, living area, and the garden. Make this villa as your second home!

We have parking lot for one car and motorbike only. The streets of Seminyak can get quite jammed so best way to get around is by walking or renting a motorcycle or bicycle.

Please note that there are development projects near the villa starting from the beginning of November 2022.
The project is about 50 Meters from the villa and sometimes noisy depending on the work.

Terms and Conditions
To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below:
- The villa has 2 bedrooms maximum accommodated 2 people and for extra person maximum accepted 2 people with additional charge on arrival and extra bed is not provided.
- Smoking is only at open air area,
- Not suitable for pets,
- Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
- Please turn off all air conditioning when not in residence,
- We expect any damages/breakages incurred by guests during their stay to be replaced or cost of replacement covered.
- All late check-out is should be on request the check the availability with extra charge.
- For last minute booking of the day, after 4 pm is not accepted.
- Once check in time, guest’s ID Card or passport will be required by our staff to copy or take a photo.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation is refundable with applied terms and conditions:
- After Reservation the guest will be charge 50% Down Payment from the total amount.
- Refund request upon cancellation must be done at least 14 days prior to check in to file a free cancellation.
- Cancellation under 14 days prior to check in will be charged cancellation fee of 50% from total amount.
