The villa is a great place to have a friends/group trip or getaway. The villa comes with 4 bedrooms, each has its own en-suite bathroom. 2 separate bungalows are located in the garden, ideal for privacy and comfort. Our over-sized master bedroom is located in the main building upstairs.
This breathtaking contemporary home offers a perfect interior combination of modern comfort and traditional material such as White local stones, timber and bamboo providing a great balance of style.
Natural light is welcomed through large glass doors and windows, with one leading out to the garden and the pool.
Designed with entertaining in mind, the property is filled with plenty of retreat areas over a land of 500m2. The tropical landscape gardens surround the outdoor decking, which makes it a perfect zone for entertaining. Last but not least, the villa is equipped with an outdoor Jacuzzi, centered in the swimming pool for great relaxing time.

- The villa has 4 bedrooms maximum accommodated 8 people and for extra person maximum accepted 2 people with additional charge on arrival and extra bed is not provided.
- Smoking is only at open air area,
- Not suitable for pets,
- Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
- Please turn off all air conditioning when not in residence,
- We expect any damages/breakages incurred by guests during their stay to be replaced or cost of replacement covered.
- All late check-out is should be on request the check the availability with extra charge.
- For last minute booking of the day, after 4 pm is not accepted.
- Once check in time, guest’s ID Card or passport will be required by our staff to copy or take a photo.
The reservation is refundable with applied terms and conditions:
- After Reservation the guest will be charge 50% Down Payment from the total amount.
- Refund request upon cancellation must be done at least 14 days prior to check in to file a free cancellation.
- Cancellation under 14 days prior to check in will be charged cancellation fee of 50% from total amount.
