Guests staying at Villa Khaizan will find a separate living room beautifully furnished with plush sofa, flat-screen TV and DVD player with audio system. There are also a fully-equipped kitchen as well as indoor and outdoor dining area. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and each one is fitted with a seating area, wardrobe and attached private bathroom featuring shower facility. Fresh towels and linen are provided in the room. Other facilities available at this villa include daily housekeeping service, and lush tropical garden.
The swimming pool is 9 x 3 meters, its very much appreciated on a hot, sunny day. It is completely private in the sense that you’re not sharing with anyone else. There is a small pool deck with a little table and two chairs.
There is a big private parking space that can easily fit one car and several motorbikes conveniently located at the entrance of the house.

All facilities provided at the villa can be used by guest such as swimming pool, three bedrooms villa with en-suite bathroom, wifi, living room with kitchen and TV, dispenser, refrigerator, etc.

Terms and Conditions
To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below:
- The villa has 3 bedrooms maximum accommodated 6 people and for extra person maximum accepted 2 people with additional charge on arrival and extra bed is not provided.
- Smoking is only at open air area,
- Not suitable for pets,
- Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
- Please turn off all air conditioning when not in residence,
- We expect any damages/breakages incurred by guests during their stay to be replaced or cost of replacement covered.
- All late check-out is should be on request the check the availability with extra charge.
- For last minute booking of the day, after 4 pm is not accepted.
- Once check in time, guest’s ID Card or passport will be required by our staff to copy or take a photo.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation is refundable with applied terms and conditions:
- After Reservation the guest will be charge 50% Down Payment from the total amount.
- Refund request upon cancellation must be done at least 14 days prior to check in to file a free cancellation.
- Cancellation under 14 days prior to check in will be charged cancellation fee of 50% from total amount.
