Villa Matha is beautifully designed composed of a single level building with 3 bedrooms with en-suite bath, private pool, a well equipped kitchen to cook, and also offering an access to a garden and a terrace are accessible on-site.

Each of the bedroom has very comfortable size for your convenience. Every room is furnished with selected appliances to enhance your staying experience at the villa. The master bedroom is well-joined with the living room that overlooks the pool and natural lushes of garden.
A well-equipped kitchen is nicely provided for any of your cooking needs at the villa. You will sense the feeling of having your own home away from home during your dream vacation on Bali island.
All the room is fully furnished with good quality of carefully selected furniture appliances. Your high level of satisfaction is definitely become our main concerns.

You can easily access Villa Matha from the main Raya Ubud street which is just 1.8 km (9 minutes away) from the villa. Lots of popular tourist destinations such as the famous Monkey Forest Ubud can be reached in 2,3 km (12 minutes). Taksu Spa & Restaurant is just located 1.9 km (9 minutes away), BEBEK BENGIL Restaurant distance is 2.4 km from the villa (10 minutes away) and The Renaissance Museum of Blanco is 2,8 km (13 minutes away). Meanwhile, LOL Bar & Restaurant is also just 2.4 km (8 minutes away). All of them are within the reach of the Villa Matha for you to embrace.

Other things to note

To increase the level of comfort and satisfaction, there are 2 well-trained housekeepers and also a villa coordinator who will make sure that every thing runs smoothly during your stay at the Villa Matha.

In the area of our villa with its tropical climate which is still natural, cool and very green which may have insects and creatures around the villa area. But don’t worry because our villa area has a wall as high as ± 2.5 meters with a concrete structure. And our house keeping is very detailed in cleaning the villa every day and regularly doing pest control.

Please note that Bali is a tropical place and has rice fields and gardens, and so there may be mosquitoes, insects and creatures. It is impossible to stop these living around the house in tropical parts of the world. We do provide mosquito repellent lotion, maintenance and regular fogging as precautionary measures for these.

The villa has maximum accommodated people and for extra person maximum accepted 2 people with additional charge and extra bed is not provided.
Smoking is only at open air area,
Not suitable for pets,
Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
Please turn off all air conditioning when not in residence,
We expect any damages/breakages incurred by guests during their stay to be replaced or cost of replacement covered.
All late check-out is should be on request the check the availability with extra charge.
For last minute booking of the day, after 5 pm is not accepted.
Once check in time, guest’s ID Card or passport will be required by our staff to copy or take a photo.
