Sayang Taman is nine-villa complex w/ 24-Hours Security. Strategically located in Sanur within a short walking distance & easy walking distance to Sanur’s sandy beaches. Only a few minutes to reach supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and the Sanur beach. It’s 40 min to Ubud and 20 min to Seminyak. Sayang Taman Villa 9A is the perfect choice for relaxing hideaway in Bali for you surrounding by the friendly local touristic destinations of Sanur. It could be a dream vacation that you’re long for!
This villa is strategically located near Sanur beach (Segara Ayu Beach), its only about 5-10 minutes easy walking distance. You can enjoy a beverage or massage on the beach and later dine at some of the beachfront or main street restaurants.
While along the main street of Sanur you will find many salons, supermarket and restaurants to suit any taste and budget – and all within short, easy walking distance
This is a eleven-villa complex with the total land size of 3,500㎡. There’s a high gate in front with security-men stationed 24 hours. The total building size of your villa is 85㎡.
The villa has one bed room, one dining kitchen, one shower room. Right in front of the villa is 20-meter swimming pool.

Terms and Conditions
To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below:
- The villa has 1 bedrooms maximum accommodated 2 people and for extra person maximum accepted 2 people with additional charge on arrival and extra bed is not provided.
- Smoking is only at open air area,
- Not suitable for pets,
- Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
- Please turn off all air conditioning when not in residence,
- We expect any damages/breakages incurred by guests during their stay to be replaced or cost of replacement covered.
- All late check-out is should be on request the check the availability with extra charge.
- For last minute booking of the day, after 4 pm is not accepted.
- Once check in time, guest’s ID Card or passport will be required by our staff to copy or take a photo.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation is refundable with applied terms and conditions:
- After Reservation the guest will be charge 50% Down Payment from the total amount.
- Refund request upon cancellation must be done at least 14 days prior to check in to file a free cancellation.
- Cancellation under 14 days prior to check in will be charged cancellation fee of 50% from total amount.
