Its the new opening villa just finished built January 2019 is a sumptuous villa nested in the beautiful and luxurious of Balinese nature of Ubud. This villa comes with private pool, the three bedrooms is spacious and equipped with all comfort. Each bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with water heater. You will enjoy the serenity of the authentic Bali vibe. The living room come with TV cable and DVD then Free WiFi is provided in all areas of the villa. Well maintained garden brings up a relaxing ambiance with the perfect touch of sun ray, and the effect of natural harmony. In addition, the villa is well-equipped with Air Conditioning and a washing machine for you to use.

The kitchen is already equipped with all necessary kitchenware for your immediate need of cooking such as rice cooker, refrigerator, dispenser, stove, toaster, microwave, blender, electric kettle, etc, but but we are not provide kitchen basic like salt, pepper and Oil.Ubud center as one of the significant touristic area, it’s very accessible to reach in a few minutes by motorbike driving and less than 8 minutes by walking. Ubud traditional market and souvenir arcade are ready for you to visit with just a few minutes away by driving from the villa. Meanwhile, Petullu Village with the famous heron birds can be reached by 10 minutes away by driving. Everything is just very easy for you to reach from the villa.
The villa also have a washing machine ready to be used as you wish.

Blanco Reinansance Museum is just 13,9 km . Famous Monkey forest Ubud can be reached in 14 minutes of driving (2,9 km). Meanwhile, you can enjoy the experience of Ayung Rafting in just 2,1 km distance. A villa coordinator will assure that all of your needs are well accommodated. The villa is located in an authentic, rural neighborhood among the natural surrounding of Ubud village. Experience the exceptional local cuisine, spend the day at one of the shimmering beaches, and go for a scenic hike. From Ngurah Rai airport is around 1 hour drive to the villa. Monkey Forest is 14 minutes drive, traditional Art Market is a few minutes drive, Tagenungan Waterfall is 15 minutes drive. And for you who like to do tracking on the top of Mount Batur, you can reach it in 40 minutes drive. We provide Airport Transfer (surcharge) and Day Tour Service with guide who can speak English and Japanese with price USD 65 for one day tour (9 hours) and we charge USD 40 for half day tour (4-5 hours)

To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below

The villa has maximum accommodated people and for extra person maximum accepted 2 people with additional charge and extra bed is not provided.
Smoking is only at open air area,
Not suitable for pets,
Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
Please turn off all air conditioning when not in residence,
We expect any damages/breakages incurred by guests during their stay to be replaced or cost of replacement covered.
All late check-out is should be on request the check the availability with extra charge.
For last minute booking of the day, after 5 pm is not accepted.
Once check in time, guest’s ID Card or passport will be required by our staff to copy or take a photo.
