NEW Brand Suzuki Villa Seminyak is conveniently located in the Central Seminyak area. It’s just less than a fifteen minute walk to the beach, and a short walking distance to the many great restaurants, shops and cafe or night clubs that this area is famous for!!!

The space

This Villa is a beautiful two-storeys building with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bath and 1 bedroom downstairs with outside bathroom. The villa with private pool, a well equipped kitchen to cook, and also offering an access to a balcony and a garden and a terrace are accessible on-site.
Each bedroom has AC, TV Cable, Washing machine, a bathtub, and free wifi entire the villa.
Other facilities available at this villa include daily housekeeping service, and lush tropical garden.
The swimming pool is very much appreciated on a hot, sunny day. It is completely private in the sense that you’re not sharing with anyone else.
The kitchen is already equipped with all necessary kitchenware for your immediate need of cooking.
Available parking space that can easily fit some cars and several motorbikes.
As its villa complex with 3 units villa Suzuki 1, Suzuki 2 and Suzuki 3 and each villa is private so available to accommodate for bigger group.
For each Villa Suzuki, the parking lot for one car or motorbikes only. The streets of Seminyak can get quite jammed so best way to get around is by walking or renting a motorcycle or bicycle.

Guest access

All facilities provided at the villa can be used by guest such as swimming pool, three bedrooms villa with en-suite bathroom, wifi, living room with kitchen and TV, dispenser, refrigerator, etc.

Other things to note

Please be noted, so if you bring speaker to listening music, please make sure it not noises and disturb the neighbor.

The villa has maximum accommodated people and for extra person maximum accepted 2 people with additional charge and extra bed is not provided.
Smoking is only at open air area,
Not suitable for pets,
Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
Please turn off all air conditioning when not in residence,
We expect any damages/breakages incurred by guests during their stay to be replaced or cost of replacement covered.
All late check-out is should be on request the check the availability with extra charge.
For last minute booking of the day, after 5 pm is not accepted.
Once check in time, guest’s ID Card or passport will be required by our staff to copy or take a photo.
